International
Allow 2-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and may take up to an additional week to arrive. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs and duties are not included in the item prices or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance on estimating custom cost.
We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Return & Exchange
- All items are eligible for exchange only once and not refundable.
- Item must still have all tags included and is not used.
- Items are exchangeable within 3 days after delivery.
- Discounted item is not eligible for exchange or return.
